This might be the funniest clip ever from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Not surprisingly, it features Charlie, and is from the episode titled, "Sweet Dee Gets a Heart Attack."
After Dee suffers a heart attack and gets kicked out of the hospital for having no health insurance, Mac and Charlie decide they need to get a job that provides them with proper coverage. They end up getting jobs in a company mail room.
In this clip, Charlie shows Mac his "proof" of a company conspiracy involving the mysterious "Pepe Sylvia."
