California beach-goers were surprised to see giant squid wash up in the tide on the day after an earthquake. Were these beached squid there for some reason having to do with the earthquake, or was it just a strange coincidence.
No one seems to know, but many people were sort of shocked to see this occurrence. See the video below from a local newscast.
